HEARTS
IN BROADCAST

This project artistically memorializes the fallen at the end of the Second World War. The realized concept thematizes the places affected by the attacks of Nazi units in the area of Valašsko (Czech Republic) - Juříčkův mlýn, Ploština, Prlov
and Vařákovy paseky.

The outcome of the project features a recording of witness‘ heartbeats that resounded in twelve villages via broadcasting. A non-traditional public event was held on April 19th, 2019 at 13.00
- Srdce v rozhlasech (Hearts in Broadcast) – with the purpose of maintaining
awareness of historical events.
In 2020 the project was repeated and grow bigger.
